Do something drastic, kill the Plastic !

The plastic bags
Like strange wild birds
Flock around the city
Flapping
Down the street
Picking
At the garbage.

And over there
One sits
In a tree
Or should I say trapped?
It struggles
Frantically to get free.

earth

One hops
Across the railway tracks
Picking among the cigarette butts
Too fat and lazy to move
It’s shredded
Killed by the rattling wheels.

The plastic bags
Like strange wild birds
Flock around the city
Every year
They multiply
It’s too late now
For pesticide!

Note – Hope you get the conveyed message. Stop using plastic, or it may choke us all to death. Please support this cause by writing against Plastic use in your own way, and copy-paste this note at the end of your post, so that more and more people write about it – Do something drastic, kill this PLASTIC!. Thank you!

Earnest appeal...very well worded.
And yes, plastic is a big menace....Gurgaon has banned it. The big stores have refrained from it but smaller shops continue to use it. They need a whack on their backs..u know how it is. Bina dar ke koi rule follow nahi karta.

I feel proud to know that plastic is banned in my state. Wish everyone follows the no plastic rule. Paper is tough enough.
